After-sales Service Commitment 1. The company provides users with technical consulting services, helping them select and effectively utilize Jinchih products.
2. Upon customer request, the company can dispatch highly capable, experienced, and physically fit engineering technicians to the site for tasks such as acceptance handover and installation guidance.
3. The company handles transportation services and arranges 100% insurance coverage for all transported materials, bearing the associated costs.
4. Faithfully fulfill product quality responsibilities, and implement the "Three Guarantees and One Compensation" for genuine product manufacturing defects—specifically: free repair, free replacement, free return, plus compensation for direct economic losses caused by quality issues.
5. During the product manufacturing process, if on-site supervision and inspection at the factory are required, the factory will provide these services free of charge.
6. If the product has quality issues, our company guarantees to respond to the user's correspondence within 12 hours.
7. In case of quality issues arising during construction, or if significant unexpected quality problems occur within one year after the product is put into operation, we will arrive at the site within 24 hours upon receiving notification from the buyer to provide on-site service. When issues arise on-site, we will first offer the buyer appropriate assistance before determining responsibility and proceeding with resolution.
8. Within the 12-month warranty period starting from the date of acceptance testing, if defects in the cable arise due to unreasonable design, improper manufacturing processes, or inadequate transportation, our company will, upon receiving written notice from the buyer, promptly arrange for the free replacement of these goods (with no limitations on quantity or costs, including loading and unloading fees, transportation charges, and all applicable taxes). Should our company fail to proactively initiate corrective actions after receiving the written notice, thereby failing to meet the buyer’s requirements, we shall compensate the buyer for any resulting losses.
