To comprehensively enhance product quality and truly achieve our business goal of winning through quality, the company has fully launched a star-rating system for operators. This initiative aims to motivate workers to elevate their quality awareness, refine their operational skills, and strengthen their cost-consciousness—ultimately driving them toward relentless pursuit of excellence. The current star-rating program will span two months, after which the system will become a fundamental, long-term institution within the company.
