The company was selected as a pilot enterprise for the 2019 Hunan Province Two-Integration and Standardization Initiative.

Recently, it was announced by the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology that our company has successfully been selected as a pilot enterprise for implementing the 2019 Hunan Province Two-Integration Management System. This milestone marks a significant step forward in Jinchi Cable's efforts to integrate industrialization with信息化 (informatization). Two-Integration refers to the advanced, deep-level convergence of informatization and industrialization—specifically, leveraging informatization to drive industrialization and using industrialization to accelerate informatization, thereby paving the way for a new model of industrialization. At its core, this approach relies on informatization as a critical enabler, aiming to achieve a sustainable development model. The process of Two-Integration is, in essence, how enterprises cultivate and sustain competitive advantages aligned with their strategic goals—ultimately enabling them to thrive through the seamless integration of industrialization and informatization.

Recently, it was learned from information released by the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology that our company has successfully been selected as a pilot enterprise for implementing the 2019 Hunan Province Two-Integration Management System standard. This milestone marks a new step forward in Jinchi Cable's efforts to integrate industrialization with信息化 (information technology).

The integration of informatization and industrialization represents a high-level, deep convergence of the two processes—using information technology to drive industrial development and leveraging industrial modernization to accelerate IT advancement, thereby paving the way for a new model of industrialization. At its core, this integration is underpinned by信息化 (informatization), aiming toward a sustainable development model. The process of integrating informatization and industrialization is, in essence, how enterprises cultivate sustainable competitive advantages aligned with their strategic goals—and it’s also how companies leverage the fusion of industrialization and informatization to unlock innovative capabilities that enhance their long-term competitiveness.

In recent years, under the unified deployment of our company's leadership, our organization has been advancing IT infrastructure development with the core principle of aligning enterprise information systems and applications closely with corporate management. From a strategic perspective, we’ve focused on ensuring that IT initiatives meet the needs of the company’s rapid growth and support the operational demands of each department. Adhering to the principle of "integrating construction with application, while prioritizing practical use," we’ve comprehensively established standardized server environments and data centers, creating an integrated, high-speed, secure, and reliable network system that now covers all aspects of the company’s business applications. At the same time, we’ve actively promoted the implementation of ERP, OA, and APS systems. At the core of the project construction lies a management information system built around UFIDA U8, serving as the operational and managerial decision-making platform. Supporting this is Shanghai Cable New's APS and MES systems, which function as the production and manufacturing execution systems. Complementing these is the office automation (OA) system, providing an auxiliary framework for streamlined management. Multiple information systems have been integrated to enable seamless data sharing and consolidation, effectively underpinning lean production practices and enhancing on-site operations management. This integration has significantly boosted delivery capabilities, accelerated order fulfillment timelines, and reduced manufacturing costs. Ultimately, it empowers the company with robust support for informed decision-making, efficient business management, and transformative organizational reforms.

Next, the company will launch e-commerce and mobile application systems, including decision-making systems such as Business Intelligence (BI). By effectively operating the management system, we will closely integrate IT initiatives with enhanced corporate governance and improved management practices, while also aligning them with advanced technological development and strengthened innovation capabilities. This integration will further enable us to seize market opportunities, address potential vulnerabilities, and ultimately boost economic efficiency—thereby bolstering the company’s competitive edge.
