On the morning of August 12, Duan Weichang, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and Acting County Mayor, visited enterprises in the industrial park to conduct research on government initiatives and key projects. Accompanied by a delegation, Duan Weichang toured four companies—Pangge Areca Nut, Zhujiang Beer, Jinchi Cable, and Wuzhoutong Pharmaceutical—where he gained firsthand insights into their production and operational status, listened to their work-related feedback, and later convened a symposium for further discussions. Liu Tieqiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Deputy County Mayor, along with heads from the County Government Office, the Bureau of Science, Technology, Industry, and Information, the Transportation Bureau, the Highway Bureau, the Urban Management Enforcement Bureau, the Power Supply Company, and the Three-Point Promotion Office, also attended the meeting. During the session, representatives from each unit shared updates on their progress in fulfilling assigned government tasks, highlighted their unique initiatives, and addressed key challenges they’ve encountered, while offering constructive suggestions for improvement.
